Do I need to buy Ai agents to use Bench?
No. The $499/mo platform is a complete, fully-functional operating system for your roofing company: CRM, estimating, portal, production, and reporting. Ai agents are an optional add-on for companies that want 24/7 automated operations.
How does the 0.5% Success Fee work?
Instead of paying $35 per measurement, you pay 0.5% of the value of deals you close. In exchange, you get unlimited drone measurements. The fee is calculated when a deal moves to Closed Won and invoiced monthly. Bench only earns when you earn.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Everything is month-to-month. Cancel anytime. We also offer a 20% discount if you prepay annually ($4,790/year for the platform).
What hardware do the Ai agents run on?
Ai agents run on a dedicated Mac Mini or Mac Studio ($2,099–$5,499 setup) The hardware is configured and maintained by Bench and remains Bench property during the lease.
Can I add or remove agents later?
Yes. Agent leases are monthly. Add a new agent when you need it, remove one if you don't. Your platform subscription stays the same regardless.
Do I need my own drone?
For drone measurements, yes — you'll need a compatible drone (DJI Mini 3 or similar). If you don't have one, we can help you get set up during onboarding. You can also use Bench without drone measurements.
How many users can I have?
Unlimited. No per-seat fees, ever. Your entire team: sales reps, managers, admin staff, and production crews, are all included in the $499/mo platform.
